Hello! My name is Amy Henson and I am the founder of Henson Test Prep. I am certified as a highly-qualified teacher in the State of Alabama and I specialize in the subject areas of English and Reading Skills. I have a Bachelor degree in English Education from Auburn University and a Master degree in Specific Learning Disabilities from UAB.

During my career as a teacher, I have tutored students at both the high school and college level. I currently have one child who has completed college and two more preparing for college. Working with them has given me a personal appreciation of the efforts required for college attendance.

I started Henson Test Prep because I enjoy helping students increase their test scores and the joy that it brings to their parents. It certainly would be a pleasure for me to tutor your student and help them to reach their college goals.
